BGaming announced Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS on 21 October 2022 as the next step in its Elvis Frog line after Elvis Frog in Vegas and Aloha King Elvis. The Players Hub lists the release date as 20 October 2022, one day earlier than the news post, so we describe the launch simply as October 2022. The announcement stresses the new mechanic more than the character.
What the announcement and the rules describe
- The slot uses six reels, and each reel can hold between two and eight symbols on any spin.
- The press text speaks of more than 260,000 ways; the game page and rules give the exact maximum of 262,144.
- Scatter symbols, free spins, standard wilds and wilds with multipliers are all part of the game.
- Four, five or six scatters start free spins, awarding 12, 15 or 20 of them. During the round, wilds carry values of 2x, 3x or 5x, and the values from one spin are added together before being applied.
- Six or more coins start the Coin Respin round, which opens with three respins and ends when respins run out or every position is filled.
- The Lightning symbol appears only in that round. It splits the unit it lands in, so the bonus can run longer and offer more combinations.
- Three jackpot levels exist, and the top one requires all 48 positions to be filled.
- Buy Bonus and a bet-raising option called Chance x2 are both offered; they cannot be active together.

Why it matters for a player
This is the biggest change in the series so far. A line-based slot has the same number of lines every spin, whereas here the count moves with the symbols on each reel, so the 262,144 figure should be read as the most the grid can offer, not an everyday count.
